If you order an item that is currently on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you which item is on back order and the estimated time of delivery. All other items you ordered will be shipped. When we receive the backordered item, it will be shipped next day for no additional charge.
If you wish to track your order, click on the Order Tracking link on the My Account drop down (Top Right) or under the Customer Service tab (Bottom Left). Enter the date you ordered and click the tracking link to get the status of your order.
Orders are placed and sent to the distribution center for immediate processing and shipping. Because of this, we can not cancel, add to, or make changes to orders once they are placed. If you do not wish to receive the order, refuse the package at the time of delivery and your account will be credited. We strictly adhere to this policy in order to provide prompt delivery service to our customers.
To access your order history, click the Order Search link in the My Account Tab (Top Right) or under the Customer Service Tab (Bottom Left). Then enter the criteria that you wish to search by order just click the GO button to view all your orders.
