BACKORDERED ITEMS
Currently, we don't allow backorders, if you are able to purchase and checkout, assume that the product is in stock.
TRACKING ORDERS
Most orders ship same day if you place your order by 3:30pm Pacific Time. You will receive a follow up email with tracking information the following day with tracking information or you can log into your account to view tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for printer shipments.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are placed and sent to the distribution center for immediate processing and shipping. Because of this, we can not cancel, add to, or make changes to orders once they are placed. If you do not wish to receive the order, refuse the package at the time of delivery and your account will be credited. We strictly adhere to this policy in order to provide prompt delivery service to our customers.

To access your order history, click the Order Search link in the My Account Tab (Top Right) or under the Customer Service Tab (Bottom Left). Then enter the criteria that you wish to search by order just click the GO button to view all your orders.
